Medical Staffing Resources Inc., (“MSR”, “we”, “us”) understands that your privacy matters. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying you as an individual person. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with MSR’s recruitment activities and programs, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

This Privacy Notice only applies to the personal data of job applicants, potential candidates for employment, and our optional recruitment programs and events.

By submitting your personal information to MSR, you acknowledged that:

• You have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the use of your personal data as set out herein.

• You are not required to provide any requested information to us, but failing to do so may result in not being able to continue your candidacy for the job for which you have applied.

• All of your representations are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you have not knowingly omitted any related information of an adverse nature. Providing any inaccurate information may make you ineligible for employment.

Personal data we collect and how we process it

The information to be processed includes your name, address, contact details, skills, work and educational attainment, other information that may establish your identity and/or relevant to our client requirements that you voluntarily provide to us, either as part of this hardcopy application and/or through alternative channels.

We collect and use your personal data for the following reasons:

• Identifying and evaluating candidates for potential employment, as well as future job vacancies

• Periodical sending of emails, SMS or through a phone call regarding vacancies or other opportunities which we think might be of interest to you or/and other optional recruitment events and programs.

• Upon successful hiring, processing of deployment clearances/certificates to government authorities

• To facilitate the provision to you of tailored services and improve your careers prospects by supplying your information to our strategic partners

Parties with Whom MSR may Share/Disclose Personal Data

Third parties in partnership or contractual relationship with MSR: MSR has partnered and entered into contracts with third parties, for example, prospective employers, for attaining the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Advertisers: When you are exposed to an advertisement through email through the email address you have provided us, MSR may provide your personal information and information about your engagement with the email (e.g., whether you viewed, interacted with or requested information about promotional content) to advertisers and their agents or potential advertisers and their agents.

However, we will NEVER provide these advertisers with your personal contact information such as email, phone number or mailing address without your consent.

MSR’s affiliates: There may be cases where information acquired through your recruitment process is shared with MSR’s affiliates for attaining the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Furthermore, if MSR is involved in corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset sales or the like, there may be cases where information acquired through your recruitment process is transferred or shared as a part of such involvement.

Possibility of Disclosure of your Personal Data

MSR may disclose your personal information to a third party (a) when it is necessary to observe laws and ordinances, (b) when it is necessary to protect a person from death or serious bodily injury, (c) when it is necessary to prevent acts of fraud or abuse against you and MSR, (d) when it is necessary to protect the ownership of MSR, (e) when an order is issued by the government or court, (f) when it is necessary to improve public health and promote the sound growth of children, (g) when the information is used as statistical information in which personal information cannot be identified, (h) when the consent of users has been obtained, or (i) when MSR otherwise determines that the disclosure of information is reasonably necessary.

Transfer of Personal Data Overseas

Your personal data may be processed by MSR, its affiliates, agents and third parties providing services to MSR, in jurisdictions outside of your country. In this event, MSR will comply with the terms of the Data Privacy Act and will, with all reasonable endeavours, ensure that such affiliates, agents and third parties do the same.

Management Method of Your Personal Data

MSR will take necessary and appropriate measures to safely protect your personal data. Furthermore, MSR will continuously exert efforts to develop functions to safely maintain your personal information; provided, however, that MSR does not warrant complete security, and will not be liable in any way for any damage caused by the vulnerability of security.

Controlling Your Personal Data

We may desire to retain, update, and share your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice for future employment opportunities. In such an event, we will seek your consent to be part of our programs that are entirely optional.

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Notice. Any changes to this Privacy Notice, we will notify you through the email address you have provided us.
